About the Position

Our client, a Montessori preschool and primary school dedicated to nurturing young minds, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Pre-School Teachers for immediate employment.

Job Summary

As a Montessori preschool teacher, you will guide children's independent learning in a carefully prepared environment. Your role is to foster their cognitive, social, and emotional growth through self-directed exploration, using the Montessori method to nurture curiosity and foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide children through the five core Montessori areas: Math, Language, Practical Life, Sensorial, and Culture, using specialized materials
• Observe each child and tailor support to their individual developmental stage and progress
• Create a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom that promotes independence and self-directed learning
• Foster children's social, emotional, and practical life skills through daily activities
• Maintain effective, regular communication with parents and guardians about their child's development
• Prepare and maintain the classroom environment and all learning materials

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Edu, BSc, HND, or NCE qualification
• 1–3 years of Montessori teaching experience
• Age: 25–40 years
