## Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

About the Role

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs and projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and achieving program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks with the M&E team to assess program effectiveness
  • Support the M&E team to collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program progress and performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant key partners, donors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and transactions
  • Prepare and submit reports to donors, management, and other stakeholders
  • Provide M&E training and support to staff and partners to enhance their capacity to implement program activities
  • Identify and address capacity-building needs within the M&E team
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and managing cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Minimum BSc/HND in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Health Intervention within an NGO setting
  • Demonstrated experience in HIV, TB, OVC, and KP programming
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Must reside within Mainland LGA and environs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing USAID or Global Fund grants
