Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our team at our prestigious consulting group in Lagos. The ideal candidate should have a passion for crafting cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create an enjoyable lounge experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Engage customers warmly and recommend drink options based on preferences
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and bar supplies
• Maintain quality control and consistency in all drink preparations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with management and kitchen team during peak service hours
• Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus

Requirements & Skills

• OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
• 2–3 years' proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a lounge, bar, or restaurant
• Deep knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishing, and drink presentation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, well-groomed, and team-oriented
• Residing within or close to Lekki is an added advantage

Compensation

₦150,000 per month
