Key Responsibilities

• Understand and execute traditional and new drink recipes
• Create innovative cocktails with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or personal judgment
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and serving customers
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and make appropriate recommendations to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while adhering to all safety and health regulations
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements
• Handle cash transactions, process customer payments, and return correct change
