MIS Executive for Store/Warehouse

About the Role

Paras Energy is seeking a qualified MIS Executive to join our Ogijo warehouse facility in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is responsible for managing warehouse management systems, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements across store and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit daily system entries and ensure stock records are accurate, resolving discrepancies between physical inventory and system records (SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite)
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory aging, stock movement, warehouse capacity, and order accuracy including mis picks and on-time shipments
• Manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Streamline manual data entry processes through automation to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, data management, or warehousing (entry-level candidates with relevant experience welcome)
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA, Macros, and Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP tools such as Oracle or SAP
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and spot anomalies
