MIS Executive for Procurement

Location:  Ogijo Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports on purchasing patterns, vendor performance, and inventory levels to identify cost-saving opportunities. - System Management: Utilizing ERP systems, Excel, Power BI or specialized procurement software to maintain accurate databases for purchasing transactions, invoices, and supplier data. - Forecasting: Analyzing past data to predict future procurement needs and workload, assisting with budget preparation. - Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics like cost savings, supplier reliability, and cycle times.  Requirements: - Experience: 4–5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or data management roles. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision, NetSuite). - Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions and identify trends. - Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and reporting. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
