Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive instruction on Microsoft technologies and systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
• Deliver hands-on training in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft server environments
• Prepare students for MCSE certification exams, covering server infrastructure, messaging infrastructure, and cloud computing solutions
• Teach network design principles and security best practices to help students create robust and secure IT infrastructures
• Develop students' troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues in Microsoft environments
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft technologies and certifications to deliver relevant and up-to-date instruction

Required Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or higher
• Proven experience in teaching or instructing in Microsoft technologies
• Deep understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and related technologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in a dynamic learning environment
