Methods Engineer – C&P Tools & Support at Amaiden Energy Nigeria

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Methods Engineer to support our Contract & Procurement (C&P) tools and systems. The ideal candidate will be a Power BI expert with strong technical capabilities and a commitment to delivering excellent user support and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke queries and interactive visual dashboards in Power BI using data from multiple C&P business applications including UNISUP (SAP), MS Excel, ARIBA eSourcing, Agora, NIPEX, and MS Office applications
• Support the functional hotline and resolve various technical issues and problems related to C&P tools
• Create and maintain an updated contact list of user department members
• Suggest and propose regular revisions of user manuals, procedures, and work instructions for SC tools
• Coordinate and deliver regular training and support for external suppliers on eSourcing tools and NIPEX platforms
• Identify and propose Requests for Assistance for incidents or challenges requiring external support
• Test and validate new solutions and upgrades to Supply Chain tools under the supervision of the Performance & Tools Manager
• Participate in specific actions (such as data cleaning) related to SC tools that impact SC processes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Power BI expert level proficiency (mandatory)
