Methods Engineer – C&P at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Methods Engineer to join our Contracts & Procurement (C&P) Division. This position involves managing supply chain tools, systems support, and continuous process improvement across a dynamic division of over 105 staff and 420 internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain supply chain tools and systems, including a functional hotline for resolving technical issues and user problems
• Generate and monitor at least 30 Affiliate Monthly KPIs, in addition to weekly and monthly divisional reporting
• Manage up to 20 internal and external audits and controls annually in coordination with cross-functional teams and headquarters
• Create and update approximately 7 work instructions per annum
• Maintain and regularly update a current list of contact members across User Departments
• Recommend regular revisions of user manuals, procedures, and work instructions related to supply chain tools usage
• Coordinate and deliver regular training and support for external suppliers on e-sourcing and NIPEX platforms
• Test and validate new solutions and upgrades to supply chain tools under the supervision of the Performance & Tools Manager
• Identify and propose requests for assistance (e.g., MTKs) for incidents requiring SAP support or external technical assistance
• Deliver training on relevant tools and systems, including SAP (150 man-hours/annum), e-sourcing tools (200 man-hours/annum), and general support (100 man-hours/annum)

• Adhere to all H3SE company rules, procedures, instructions, and applicable legislation
• Take necessary measures to avert immediate threats and exercise caution to prevent danger to persons, installations, or the environment
• Actively participate in H3SE meetings, training sessions, drills, and execution of H3SE plans

Tools & Systems Experience

Proficiency with multiple business tools including:

• UNISUP (supply chain module MM)
• SAP
• ARIBA
• NIPEX
• E-sourcing platforms
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
