About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a merchandising role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies
• Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs
• Stock sales floor shelves and create attractive product displays
• Determine the need for and implement product promotions, price changes, markdowns, and clearances
• Ensure retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions
• Maintain and track inventory
• Liaise between customers and the company

Requirements

• Minimum OND qualification in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in merchandising or retail (preferred)
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commercial awareness
