## Title: Mental Health Therapist

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as a Mental Health Therapist.

Provide individual and group therapy services to women, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
Collaborate with other members of the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive, client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to mental health services

Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy services to women, preferably in a trauma-informed setting
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques for treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions
Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the organization
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Commitment to social justice, equity, and empowerment for the community of women supported by the organization
