Job  Description - We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Sales Trainee to join our sales and marketing team. - This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales. - The successful candidate will undergo structured training to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills, while supporting the team in achieving business objectives. Responsibilities - Learn and understand company products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics. - Assist senior sales representatives in promoting medical products to healthcare professionals. - Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders. - Support in organizing product presentations, workshops, and promotional events. - Collect and analyze market feedback to improve sales strategies. - Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel. Requirements - BSc Degree or HND in any science related course - 0-2 years job experience - Must have completed NYSC - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
