## Title: Medical Sales Representative - Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to establish effective market presence for product lines across all open markets, laboratories, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors, and institutions in the territory
- Source new customers and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent business growth
- Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to understand competitor activities and market strategies
- Perform regular account reconciliation with customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in sciences including Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience
- Currently reside in intended work location with at least 2 years of prior work experience in that area

- Effective selling and product detailing skills
- Strong communication competence
- Proficiency in clinical meeting presentations and product detailing
- Extensive knowledge of key clients, prospects, and market dynamics in the territory
Other Requirements
- Must be under 35 years of age
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles (compulsory)
- Demonstrated understanding of sales and relationship management processes
- Highly hardworking, target-oriented, with high level of integrity
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000
- Robust incentive and commission structure
