## Title: Medical Sales Representative - Kaduna
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance our competitiveness in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategies to increase sales within your assigned territory
- Research and identify new clients for company products
- Maintain solid working relationships with clients by ensuring their needs and complaints are resolved promptly
- Ensure brand awareness in your assigned territory aligns with organizational expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management
- Deliver company products to clients within your assigned territory
- Present and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Participate in industry and promotional events to meet new clients and sell company products
- Monitor competitor activities within your assigned territory
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a medical-related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical sector
- Strong customer service skills
- Sound negotiation and sales skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must be a resident of Kaduna and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the state
- Must be able to drive a car
