## Title: Medical Sales Representative – Immunology (IMO)

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Medical Sales Representative specializing in Immunology products. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding the company's market presence across the territory while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to establish effective market presence for product lines across open markets, laboratories, pharmacies, patent medicine vendors, and institutions within your territory
  • Source new customers and manage existing client relationships to ensure consistent growth in customer base
  • Conduct competitive intelligence gathering to understand market dynamics and competitor strategies
  • Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in sciences including Human Anatomy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry
  • Minimum 2 years of medical sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive vehicles (compulsory)

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong business acumen and sales/detailing skills
  • Excellent communication competence
  • Leadership qualities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in clinical meeting presentations and product detailing
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and relationship management processes

Additional Requirements

  • Currently residing in the intended territory with at least 2 years of work experience in that location
  • Age less than 35 years
  • Extensive knowledge of key clients, prospects, and market dynamics in the territory
  • Demonstrated commitment to targets, hard work, integrity, and leadership

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: ₦100,000 – ₦150,000
  • Robust incentive and commission structure
