## Title: Medical Sales Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Medical Sales Representative to promote and expand our pediatric healthcare services across Lagos and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and community organizations while driving patient acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the clinic's pediatric healthcare services to doctors, hospitals, schools, and community organizations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, referral partners, and institutions
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, maternity centres, and schools to build awareness about the clinic's services
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient inflow
- Organize and represent the clinic at outreach programs, medical fairs, and community health events
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective partners and clients
- Provide feedback from clients and the field to management to support service improvement
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales or outreach targets
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and conversions
- Stay informed about competitors' activities, market trends, and pediatric healthcare advancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline)
- 2–4 years of experience in medical sales, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric or family medicine settings
- Familiarity with Ikeja and surrounding areas
