Position Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance our competitiveness in the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within your assigned territory.
- Identify and onboard new clients for company products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Promptly resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure brand visibility and awareness meet organizational standards within your territory.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
- Deliver products to clients within your assigned territory when required.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a medical or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, especially in the Medical / Pharmaceutical Sector.
- Great customer service skills.
- Sound negotiation and sales skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the FCT.
- Should be able to drive a car.
