Medical Records Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Requirements: - Must possess a BSc or an HND in Health Records and Information Management - Must have a valid Professional Registration and Practicing License from the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria - Must have completed his/her National Youth Services Corps program; - Must accurately register, manage and maintain patients information inboth electronic and physical format - Must ensures compliance with the NHMIS daily general attendance - Must maintain confidentiality of patienthealth information - Must ensure regular update of patients information - Must ensure easy access and retrieval of patient dataas required - Must support the hospital data and reporting needsby ensuring timely and monthly submission of medical records report to the Chief Operating Officer - Must work closely with other departments to delivery exceptional services to the customer - Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; - Must be teachable and courteous, - Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
