Position Overview

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care and support to patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice while contributing to continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic medical care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients
• Support preventive healthcare programs and patient education initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare delivery within the facility

Requirements

• 2–4 years' post-NYSC clinical experience as a Medical Officer or in a similar role
• MBBS or equivalent qualification, fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
• Strong clinical decision-making, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient relationship management skills
• Experience in a healthcare/healthtech setting is an added advantage
