Job Description - We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor with surgical expertise to join our healthcare team. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgery, along with exceptional patient care and communication skills. Responsibilities - Perform surgical procedures with precision and accuracy. - Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine appropriate surgical treatment plans. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Requirements - Medical Degree from an accredited institution. - At least 2 years post-NYSC - Valid medical license. - Proven experience in surgical procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Incentives - In addition to the monthly salary, the successful candidate will receive a percentage incentive for each surgical procedure performed.
