Key Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment, including granules sachet packaging machines, cube packaging machines, cube compression machines, machinery, engines, pumps, conveyor systems, and HVAC units, following blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns, including lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and conducting inspections for signs of wear or damage
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems, diagnose issues with machinery or equipment, and implement repairs to restore functionality
• Calibrate and adjust mechanical systems and instruments to ensure accuracy and precision in operation
• Conduct testing and inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues or malfunctions
• Fabrication and construction of metal works through welding, grinding, and painting of metal profiles; interpret engineering diagrams and prepare technical documentation
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries, ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment specifications; document findings from inspections, tests, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and reporting
• Work collaboratively with technicians, supervisors, and team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, develop solutions, and implement improvements to mechanical systems and processes
• Properly maintain and care for tools, equipment, and machinery used in mechanical maintenance and repair activities; keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Stay informed about advancements in mechanical technology and industry best practices
