About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their maintenance team in a critical operational role.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in 3-in-1 (Rinser, Filling, and Capping) machines
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in packaging equipment
• Ensure zero production downtime through proactive maintenance
• Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance activities
• Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production operations
• Prepare detailed reports on all maintenance activities carried out
• Provide guidance and training to new team members on equipment repairs and maintenance
• Ensure strict compliance with safety measures and procedures during all repairs and maintenance work
• Assist in equipment maintenance and repair budget planning and cost management

Required Qualifications

• BSc Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience with office management software, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
• Sound understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and policies
• Strong problem-solving attitude and analytical mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
