## Title: Mechanical Engineer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mechanical design reviews and project planning
- Oversee the installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing lines, pumps, water systems, and fire safety systems
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications
- Conduct routine checks to confirm proper functioning of mechanical components
- Identify and resolve mechanical and site-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with civil engineers, site supervisors, and contractors
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site
Required Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project engineering
- Strong understanding of building mechanical systems and installation processes
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities
Preferred Location
Candidates living within the Lekki–Ajah axis are strongly preferred.
