An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical design reviews and project planning
• Oversee the installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing lines, pumps, water systems, and fire safety systems
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications
• Conduct routine checks to confirm proper functioning of mechanical components
• Identify and resolve mechanical and site-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with civil engineers, site supervisors, and contractors
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project engineering
• Strong understanding of building mechanical systems and installation processes
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities
• Candidates living within the Lekki–Ajah axis are strongly preferred
