MEAL (FCRM) Assistant at Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD)

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of MEAL Assistant at Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD). This role is critical to ensuring beneficiary feedback is systematically collected, documented, and acted upon across all program activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage registration of complaints received by beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries at distribution points and community outreach activities
• Answer calls coming from FRAD's toll-free line and ensure lines remain active
• Collect complaints from beneficiaries and ensure timely feedback is provided
• Provide feedback to complainants when their complaints are resolved
• Assist the M&E Officer in developing structures and methods for managing complaints and feedback in the field while maintaining information integrity
• Manage the CRM database by ensuring proper documentation and aggregation of all complaint and feedback data
• Provide detailed summaries of complaint issues for monthly and quarterly program meetings and reports
• Support quality assurance of complaints and feedback collection across program responses
• Interface with and support programme team members on coordination and policy engagement
• Mobilize communities through awareness campaigns, meetings, and focus group discussions to ensure inclusive participation in project planning and implementation
• Support community-based structures to strengthen local engagement
• Develop and communicate project goals and activities in culturally appropriate ways
• Develop Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials in local languages
