Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Planning

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans for Mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus) and Physics (mechanics, electricity, thermodynamics)
• Explain complex theories and formulas in clear, understandable terms using real-life examples to demonstrate practical applications

Student Engagement

• Facilitate active learning through classroom discussions, practical laboratory experiments, and engaging projects
• Create a stimulating and fun learning environment that inspires intellectual curiosity and encourages students to work to their full potential

Assessment & Feedback

• Assign and grade homework, tests, and other assignments to evaluate student understanding and mastery of content
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their performance and achieve academic growth

Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline by establishing and enforcing classroom rules and procedures
• Manage student behavior in a way that supports a positive and productive learning environment

Collaboration & Communication

• Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and other faculty members
• Attend parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and development

Differentiation & Support

• Adjust teaching methods to cater to different learning abilities and styles
• Provide additional support for struggling learners and challenging tasks for advanced students

Professional Development

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Mathematics, Physics, and teaching methodologies and technologies
• Participate in faculty and staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance professional skills and contribute to curriculum development
