Position Overview: - We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason / Bricklayer to carry out construction and structural work within its facilities and project sites. - The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in block laying, plastering, and general masonry work, with a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Lay bricks, blocks, and concrete structures according to specifications - Carry out plastering, rendering, and finishing work - Interpret construction drawings and measurements - Mix mortar and other construction materials properly - Repair and maintain existing structures - Ensure compliance with safety standards on site - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Requirements: & Qualifications - Minimum of FSLC / SSCE - Proven experience as a mason or bricklayer - Strong knowledge of block laying, plastering, and finishing - Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings - Physically fit and able to perform manual labor - Attention to detail and quality workmanship - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Added Advantage: - Experience in commercial or institutional construction - Technical training or trade certification - Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites Benefits: - Competitive salary - Stable employment or contract opportunity - Supportive work environment.
