Person Specifications - Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing with measurable results. - Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and brand growth. - Digital marketing and social media proficiency. - Hands-on experience in content creation and content management. - Strong brand stewardship and strategic marketing capability. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Creative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong organizational and analytical skills.
