## Title: Marketing Officer
About the Role
An established company is seeking a Marketing Officer to drive marketing initiatives and support business growth through strategic planning, campaign execution, and brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to identify market gaps and opportunities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with the firm's business objectives and budget
- Advise on and help establish brand positioning and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation
Campaign & Content Development
- Develop, manage, and oversee various marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
- Produce marketing materials such as website copy, blog posts, brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, interviews, and other activities to increase brand visibility and client engagement
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, return on investment) to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Compile detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated on new marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain innovative
Collaboration & Relationship Management
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies involved in marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc)
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
Compensation
N250,000 per month
