About the Role

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and strengthen its position in the market. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, digital marketing, and design skills, with the ability to translate the company's sustainability values into compelling visual and written content.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement
• Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities
• Support the creation and execution of marketing calendars and campaign timelines

Content Creation & Brand Communication

• Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Design promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations using tools like Canva or CapCut
• Collaborate with business development and project teams to produce case studies, project highlights, and success stories
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company's online presence across all social media platforms
• Develop and execute targeted digital ad campaigns to generate leads and promote services
• Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and prepare monthly marketing reports

Client Engagement & Event Coordination

• Support the planning and coordination of corporate events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities
• Represent the company at marketing and sustainability events to strengthen brand visibility
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, media partners, and external stakeholders
