Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and promote aggressive marketing campaigns
• Develop and ensure implementation of effective marketing plans
• Identify and develop marketing penetration strategies for the scheme
• Coordinate and participate in product promotional programs
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities
• Source new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular market intelligence activities

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of five years relevant experience in a marketing role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• MBA or relevant master's degree (advantageous)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
