Marketing Manager  (Telco Aggregator Business) at Rovedana

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Rovedana. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, foster customer acquisition, cultivate business partnerships, and promote revenue growth across our diverse products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to sales and revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue and customer acquisition targets
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels to increase brand awareness and market share
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products, platforms, and services
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Track marketing ROI and ensure that all campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes
• Manage media relations, public relations, sponsorships, and events
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and recommend optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience in Telecom or FMCG industries
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and winning business bids
• Background in telecommunications, financial services, non-financial business, and FMCG sectors

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: 400,000 Naira (Negotiable)
• Commission: 10% on all sales
• 13th Month Salary
