## Title: Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, versatile, and energetic Marketing Manager to join Vopnucity Nigeria Limited. You will work closely with the MD/GHRM to drive sales, penetrate new markets, and ensure we deliver on our brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the MD/GHRM and proactively identify transient and group opportunities with significant revenue potential
  • Manage the entire sales and marketing team, ensuring proper strategy is in place to drive revenue and business continuity
  • Organize and participate in site visits and complete all follow-up actions and documentation
  • Actively upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue and achieve personal and team-related revenue goals
  • Sell, support, and advise on all aspects of events
  • Coordinate, promote, and drive growth of the property's attractions
  • Increase brand awareness across all mediums
  • Create lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify guests actively seeking properties
  • Contact clients via calls or scheduled meetings to discover their needs and requirements
  • Ensure proper handover of business for timely service delivery and drive client loyalty through excellent service
  • Enhance client relationships and grow accounts for the company
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting key features and qualities of properties
  • Provide clients with lists of available properties, pricing information, and offer discounts when appropriate
  • Assist clients in selecting the most suitable service that meets their specifications and needs
  • Collaborate with staff members to ensure clients have a positive experience
  • Monitor service quality across properties
