We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with deep industry and consumer knowledge to join our team. In this role, you will drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of brand and channel development strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies across all channels and geographical areas within the country
• Ensure product availability and market penetration across all distribution channels nationally
• Recruit, develop, and manage the marketing team and third-party platforms
• Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent growth in sales revenue
• Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across Nigeria

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent position
• Proficiency in MS Office software
