## Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive student recruitment, enhance brand visibility, and support the University's growth objectives.

As part of the Marketing and Communications team, you will play a key role in ensuring that James Hope University's message reaches the right audiences in the most impactful way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive engagement with prospective students, faculty, and partners
  • Campaign Management: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Track and measure performance to optimize campaigns
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency and alignment with the University's branding and messaging across all communication channels
  • Content Creation: Work with internal teams to develop engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with admissions, alumni relations, and academic departments to align marketing efforts with institutional goals and student needs
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact activities
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership

Key Requirements

  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within the education sector or a related field
