## Title: Marketing Lead - Out-of-Home Advertising
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will coordinate the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising team, support management, and drive results through strong sales orientation, effective delegation, team motivation, and strategic leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing activities and internal communications related to outdoor advertising campaigns for client accounts
- Ensure on-time and contractual campaign execution while delivering excellent customer service
- Negotiate advertising contracts with clients
- Coordinate, manage, and deliver proof of performance information to clients
- Resolve campaign issues through investigation, solution identification, and communication with managers and clients
- Monitor operations to ensure team members execute their duties appropriately
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication structures
- Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve targets
- Communicate issues and concerns to management to meet business goals successfully
- Follow up with clients on debt recovery
- Initiate and analyze market research studies to identify customer and market opportunities
- Prospect for new advertising sites and innovative advertising ideas
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on account updates
Education & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or MBA in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Lead
- Relevant professional qualifications (local and international) are an added advantage
