About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As a Marketing & Growth Executive, you will develop and execute marketing strategies while driving growth initiatives for the organization. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness and market penetration through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in Marketing Strategy and Digital Marketing
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Business Development
• Strong proficiency in Social Media Management, Email Marketing, and Content Creation
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
