## Title: Marketing Executive – State Representative
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for onboarding private schools onto the Schulup platform through direct school visits, presentations, follow-ups, and product demonstrations. This is a target-driven role with performance-based rewards, offering excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit private schools within assigned territory to introduce Schulup
- Engage school owners, proprietors, principals, and administrators
- Conduct or coordinate product demonstrations (physical or virtual)
- Follow up on assigned leads promptly (within 5–24 hours)
- Convert interested schools into paying customers
- Update all activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Participate in education events and school meetings where required
- Support onboarding of newly signed schools
Required Qualifications
- OND qualification minimum
- Experience in sales, marketing, or field engagement
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact professionally with school owners and administrators
- Comfortable with field work and follow-up activities
- Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google tools, online meetings)
- Discipline in reporting and meeting targets
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience selling to schools or educational institutions
- Background in education consulting, teaching, or EdTech sales
- Existing relationships with private schools
- Experience in the education sector
