Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell the company’s properties to prospective clients. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors. - Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients. - Gather client feedback and provide insights for product and marketing improvements. - Collaborate with sales and digital teams to align strategies. Required Qualifications: - Candidate should possess minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. - 3+ years of experience in property marketing or sales. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
