Role Overview
As our Marketing Designer, you'll be the creative force behind FiNGO Consulting Ltd's visual identity and digital brand experience. You'll design compelling visual assets for campaigns, social media, web, presentations, proposals, print materials, and beyond — ensuring everything communicates clarity, professionalism, and impact.
You will work closely with our Marketing, Digital, and Business Development teams to produce designs that tell our story, engage audiences, and help grow our reach.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Brand Creative
- Create visually impactful graphics, layouts, and brand assets for both digital and print use
- Design social media visuals, paid ads, email templates, infographics, and event collateral
- Support brand consistency across all touchpoints — online and offline
Digital & Web Experience
- Design and optimize visual content for the website, landing pages, and online campaigns
- Work with web developers and marketers to maintain consistent design standards and improve user experience
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Develop creatives for lead generation campaigns, including RFP pitch decks, capability statements, and service brochures
- Collaborate on concepts for marketing activations, growth campaigns, and outreach initiatives
Performance & Iteration
- Translate data, analytics, and campaign insights into better visual design decisions
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs quickly
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the content, social media, digital marketing, and business development teams to bring campaigns to life
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Digital Designer, or similar creative role
