You'll play a key role in developing and managing our brand presence, guiding creative direction, supporting digital initiatives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all platforms. Working closely with the Executive Director, you'll help translate the company's vision into campaigns and experiences that connect with customers and strengthen SomKolch's market leadership.

Position Details

• Full-time, onsite position
• Primary location: Isolo branch
• Occasional visits to head office at Elegushi

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (social media, email, website)
• Develop content calendars, manage posts, and monitor engagement analytics
• Coordinate with freelance designers and developers to ensure campaigns and materials meet brand standards
• Create simple, on-brand graphic content (e.g., posts, flyers, product highlights)
• Write and optimize copy for blogs, email newsletters, and product marketing materials
• Manage the company website — oversee updates, SEO optimization, and new content uploads
• Build and manage an email marketing system (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
• Track key performance metrics daily and submit weekly reports with presentations
• Support brand strategy execution, campaign planning, and product launches
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication touchpoints
