Key Responsibilities

Brand Storytelling & Content Creation

• Support the development of compelling brand narratives across all channels, ensuring a consistent, luxurious, and authentic voice
• Assist in the creation of stunning marketing assets, including copywriting for product descriptions, email campaigns, and social media
• Help coordinate and manage photo and video shoots to capture the essence of our brand and products

Digital Marketing & E-commerce

• Help manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) by developing a content calendar and engaging with our community
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, from concept and segmentation to performance analysis
• Assist in updating and optimizing the website to ensure a seamless and beautiful online shopping experience
• Monitor digital trends in the luxury and food space to identify new opportunities for engagement

Campaign & Launch Execution

• Play a key support role in launching seasonal collections and limited editions
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns, from initial brief through to fulfillment
• Help manage relationships with influencers, PR agencies, and creative partners to amplify our brand message

Community & Customer Engagement

• Help foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content with our brand's distinctive voice
• Assist in analyzing customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies
