About the Role

We are seeking energetic Marketing Assistants to join our business development team. You will be the face of our organization in local Nigerian communities, building client relationships, promoting our services, generating leads, and helping to grow our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and meet prospective clients to introduce services
• Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into clients
• Distribute promotional materials and attend networking events, expos, and relevant gatherings
• Report regularly on client visit outcomes, leads acquired, and conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of field activity, client contacts, and marketing materials
• Work collaboratively with the business development and senior marketing team to achieve targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: SSCE or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, direct marketing, or field work (advantageous)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage travel within local areas
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills
• Reliable and target-oriented
• Basic numeracy skills

Compensation

• Base salary: ₦60,000 per month
• Commission per client acquired
