Marketing Assistant at Jules Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team at Jules Construction. In this role, you will assist with ongoing marketing campaigns by collecting audience feedback, creating visual presentations, and conducting market research to understand our target audience. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities and supporting the execution of promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data from social media, web analytics, and rankings
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
• Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, and attend events to facilitate their success

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

N80,000 - N100,000 per month
