About the Role
CDN Oil & Lubricants is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. We're looking for a proactive professional who can craft and execute marketing strategies, drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results in a highly competitive environment, with proven experience in brand promotions both online and offline, particularly within the FMCG and lubricant sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Identify new market opportunities, prospective clients, and distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to inform strategy
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular sales forecasts and marketing reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil & lubricants or FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing, and brand promotion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel
