Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals
• Create compelling content for various platforms including websites, social media, email, video, and print
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and content
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and competitor activities
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards across all communications
• Collaborate with sales, product management, creative teams, and other departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Marketing and Communication Officer (required)
• Experience in an ISP (Internet Service Provider) is an added advantage
