Marketer / Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketer/Business Development Executive with a strong track record of at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and drive sustainable business growth. Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Agricultural sectors is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Create and implement marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations that generate leads and close deals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction
• Track and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market insights

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Background in Real Estate, Construction, or Agriculture is a plus
• Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage

Salary and Benefits

• N200,000 – N400,000 (based on experience and performance)
