About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven marketer to join its team. The ideal candidate must possess strong marketing and business development skills with good knowledge of lending and financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.)
• Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, social media, in-person events, and partnerships
• Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects from interest to application
• Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments
• Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents, dealerships, and financial advisors
• Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and present findings to management
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and campaign performance
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of the financial sector
• Experience selling to diverse client segments (traders, low-salary earners, and corporate organizations)
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Excellent marketing and business development skills
• Ability to understand client needs and financial objectives

• Experience in the financial sector of microlending
