Marketer at Demyhealth Clinic and Genomic Medicine (DCGM)

Position Overview

As a Marketing Officer at DemyHealth Clinic and Genomic Medicine, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sales targets on activations are fully achieved monthly
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives to accelerate growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, including expansion and business development
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met and to ensure maximum retention and conversion of new and potential clients
• Acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
• Identify new commercial opportunities and manage marketing efforts to add value to company growth and activities
• Monitor trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management
• Promote and expand the company's commercial activities to generate revenues
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring

Requirements

• Proven experience as a regional marketing manager or other relevant role
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
