Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Marketer to promote and sell our products within Lagos markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail or field sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics. This role requires an outgoing, persuasive individual who enjoys interacting with customers and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, and end customers
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market stakeholders
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities, pricing, and trends
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Take clear product display photos and share daily market updates using a smartphone
• Participate in marketing promotions, product demonstrations, and brand activation activities
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute market strategies and campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or field sales, preferably in electronics or solar industries
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Lagos wholesale markets is an added advantage
• Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Yoruba, Igbo, or Pidgin English is an advantage
